Never permitted
- Counterfeit, fake, replica, stolen, recalled, or unlawfully obtained items.
- Weapons, controlled substances, illegal products, hazardous materials, and items whose sale or shipment is restricted.
- Items that infringe intellectual-property rights or misuse another person's identity.
- Money laundering, payment aggregation, sham transactions, price manipulation, bid manipulation, or fraudulent fundraising.
Restricted pending approval
Precious metals, jewelry, watches, cryptocurrency-related products, fractional ownership, securities-like products, and other regulated or high-value categories remain unavailable until DOOM records the required provider, legal, insurance, and operational approvals.
Enforcement
DOOM may place a submission into manual review, remove a listing, cancel a transaction, preserve relevant records, hold proceeds, or report suspected illegal activity. A prohibited term filter is only an initial control and does not replace human review.
